To je k\u013e\u00fa\u010dov\u00e9 zistenie ned\u00e1vno publikovanej \u0161t\u00fadie m\u00f4jho t\u00edmu v \u010dasopise Journal of Aging and Physical Activity.\n<\/p>\n<p>Do na\u0161ej \u0161t\u00fadie sme zaradili 25 dospel\u00fdch nad 65 rokov, ktor\u00ed sa z\u00fa\u010dastnili bu\u010f na \u0161es\u0165mesa\u010dn\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch spolo\u010densk\u00e9ho tanca dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fd\u017edenne, alebo na \u0161es\u0165mesa\u010dn\u00fdch hodin\u00e1ch ch\u00f4dze na be\u017eiacom p\u00e1se dvakr\u00e1t t\u00fd\u017edenne. Nikto z nich sa nevenoval form\u00e1lnemu tancu ani in\u00fdm cvi\u010debn\u00fdm programom.\n<\/p>\n<p>Celkov\u00fdm cie\u013eom bolo zisti\u0165, ako jednotliv\u00e9 sk\u00fasenosti ovplyv\u0148uj\u00fa kognit\u00edvne funkcie a zdravie mozgu.\n<\/p>\n<p>Hoci \u017eiaden z dobrovo\u013en\u00edkov \u0161t\u00fadie nemal diagn\u00f3zu demencie, v\u0161etci dosiahli aspo\u0148 v jednom z na\u0161ich skr\u00edningov\u00fdch testov na demenciu o nie\u010do hor\u0161ie v\u00fdsledky, ako sa o\u010dak\u00e1valo. Vyu\u017e\u00edvate aj oblasti mozgu, ktor\u00e9 s\u00fa d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre interakciu a prisp\u00f4sobenie sa pohybom tane\u010dn\u00e9ho partnera, ako aj oblasti potrebn\u00e9 na u\u010denie sa nov\u00fdch tane\u010dn\u00fdch krokov alebo zapam\u00e4tanie si t\u00fdch, ktor\u00e9 ste sa u\u017e nau\u010dili.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Pre\u010do je to d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9<br \/>\n<\/h3>\n<p>Takmer 6 mili\u00f3nov star\u0161\u00edch dospel\u00fdch v USA a 55 mili\u00f3nov na celom svete trp\u00ed Alzheimerovou chorobou alebo pr\u00edbuznou demenciou, ale liek na \u0148u zatia\u013e neexistuje. \u017dia\u013e, o \u00fa\u010dinnosti a etike ned\u00e1vno vyvinut\u00fdch liekov sa st\u00e1le diskutuje.\n<\/p>\n<p>Dobrou spr\u00e1vou je, \u017ee star\u0161\u00ed dospel\u00ed m\u00f4\u017eu potenci\u00e1lne zn\u00ed\u017ei\u0165 riziko demencie prostredn\u00edctvom opatren\u00ed t\u00fdkaj\u00facich sa \u017eivotn\u00e9ho \u0161t\u00fdlu, a to aj v neskor\u0161om veku. V t\u00fdchto neskor\u0161\u00edch \u0161t\u00e1di\u00e1ch pand\u00e9mie COVID-19 je naliehavo potrebn\u00e9 lep\u0161ie pochopi\u0165 nepriame \u00fa\u010dinky COVID-19 - najm\u00e4 tie, ktor\u00e9 zvy\u0161uj\u00fa riziko demencie, ako je soci\u00e1lna izol\u00e1cia.
